Describe your most recent zine.
“Noble Head Funnies” features the adventures of the cat with the
world’s most noble head. Also, a sun, and a spittoon, and a creature
obsessed with miniature wheelbarrows, and an omnipotent chipmunk, and
a barbershop tribute quartet.
Of all the things you’ve ever made, zine-related or otherwise, what’s your one favorite?
Best stories: “This Guy,” “The Bird,” “Lipstick Traces.” I published “The White Buffalo Gazette” for a small part of its 17 or 30 year history and consider this significant. At least, to the Obscuro Art Movement, which remains unknown.
What do you do when you’re not creating and how does it help or harm what you do artistically?
Being a single parent kept me home and provided me with a collaborator. Hence, “Noble Head Funnies.”
